I am finally calming down after the midterm struggle. I’m able to make myself legitimate meals again, have tried to wean myself off caffeine a little bit, and am finally no longer the most strung out and stressed version of myself. Speaking of legitimate meals, did you know that you can mash cauliflower like potatoes?Because you can! And it’s delicious! While I realize that I still have a lot to accomplish this semester, (like 85 pages of a thesis… yikes!) I’ve been a lot more realistic about things like finding a job after graduation and managing my time.
This past weekend was the big benefit concert that I’d been planning all semester and I’m happy to say that it went really well! A weight off of my shoulders and a nice memory to boot.
