There have been some seismic shifts in my universe in the past few months and I am grateful that things have lined up for the best. I’ve been grappling with who I am and what I want to do and who I want to be. Making scones and kombucha and bad choices and successful last-minute saves.
This fall, I’m embarking on a familiar new journey back into academia to discover and re-analyze my fascination with the medical system, theoretical approaches to society, and the applications of patient-centered practice. Medical anthropology, you’ve got me again. In the meantime from now until the fall, you can find me traveling, joining a new organization research powerhouse, growing some herbs, making some bread, and hanging out at the farmer’s market like usual.
